Have you tried to re-enable them in Dolphin preferences -> Services?
dolphin != konqueror and no dolphin installed here at all
dolphin = KDE5
konqueror = KDE4 (sadly still)
BUT until not that long ago Konqueror had context menues
i really wish dolphin would never had been developed at all.....
a filemanager without bookmarks - go away
it woul dhave been better rip out the webbrowser parts of konqueror and
turn it to a filemanager which it was all the time while it never was a
useable browser (2001 until today)
