There are some problems with kde related packages in upgrading from F24
to F25:
package libkface-15.08.3-3.fc24.x86_64 requires
libopencv_calib3d.so.2.4()(64bit), but none of the providers can be
installed.
package qt5-qtwebengine-5.6.1-3.fc24.x86_64 requires
libicuuc.so.56()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed.
package qt5-qtwebengine-5.6.1-3.fc24.x86_64 requires qt5-qtbase(x86-64)
= 5.6.1, but none of the providers can be installed.
package qt5-qtbase-5.6.1-3.fc24.x86_64 requires qt5-qtbase-common =
5.6.1-3.fc24, but none of the providers can be installed.
package qt5-qtwebengine-5.6.1-3.fc24.x86_64 requires qt5-qtbase(x86-64)
= 5.6.1, but none of the providers can be installed
I see that libkface has been retired, but looking at the error I think
no other package is set to deprecate/replace it.
About qt5-qtbase, it seems that it didn't land in F25 repos:
