With Plasma 5.7.5 (and it seems with 5.8.0 as well), Plasma
crashes when I try to add a second panel with my dual-screen
(laptop + ext. monitor) setup.

However, at the next login to Plasma, the second panel is present as well.

I still have to do further testing to see if the crashes depend
on which screen I perform the "Add Panel".
