KDE4-Fedora availability

Hi, 

For those that are interested, kde4fedora project[1] is not dead and I've just 
managed to build all parts for F24. 

I'm hoping that F25 release will be a bit quicker, but that highly depends on 
my workload and changes in packaging which will happen naturally in Fedora. 

Please test, and if there's anything missing, let me know via this list or 
bitbucket bugtracker [2].
