dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing install kde-runtime

then, you can,

dnf remove kde-runtime-drkonqi

OK...  One question, and I may just be having a brain fart, what is the correct incantation to download the updated rpms using the bodhi CLI?  I thought it was....

bodhi -D https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2015-2827d4eff6

but that fails.
