System settings -> Font -> Font management doesn't work for me: no fonts listed for "All Fonts", "Personal Fonts", or "System Fonts"; trying to add one gives "Unable to start backend". Additionally, KFontView still shows flat lines and a few pixel droppings instead of the font. Fedora 22, all patches applied. GeForce GTX 650, nouveau driver.
