But the process is still running you just cannot see it. See this
security bug report:  Bug 352171 - clipboard history in systray cannot
be really disabled, security problem:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=352171

This is probably why Klipper is acting up. I would prefer to use Klipper
as it's much more superior.
