What crap is this? Please do not break ABI/API in Beta Freeze.

Our issue is already discussed in the bug¹ and there in much detail. We got that error mail already yesterday and there was promise to fix it.

This contibutor makes me really sad.

lxqt-panel has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:
	lxqt-panel-0.9.0-7.fc23.x86_64 requires libstatgrab.so.6()(64bit)
On i386:
	lxqt-panel-0.9.0-7.fc23.i686 requires libstatgrab.so.6
On armhfp:
	lxqt-panel-0.9.0-7.fc23.armv7hl requires libstatgrab.so.6
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
