FIRST is one FEATURES is the otherand if i have a set of working features which are mature, stable a new major version needs to be outweighted what is more important - first or features and when you really think about it FEATURES is more important
and clearly in that context features means things which are working and not just in the shape of a design study - at the end of the day users just need to use their computers and you do them nothing good by break working things
