The package in question:
%package -n sddm-breeze Summary: SDDM breeze theme # upgrade path, when sddm-breeze was split out Obsoletes: plasma-workspace < 5.3.2-8 Requires: kf5-plasma # QML imports: # org.kde.plasma.workspace.components # org.kde.plasma.workspace.keyboardlayout Requires: %{name} = %{version}-%{release} # /usr/share/backgrounds/default.png Requires: desktop-backgrounds-compat BuildArch: noarch %description -n sddm-breeze %{summary}. Note the "Obsoletes: plasma-workspace < 5.3.2-8" , anyone upgrading from older versions should get sddm-breeze pulled in.
If you upgraded and did *not* get that, then we have a bug in whatever method you used to update. (dnf?)

So, if you aren't aware of this, and are using the sddm-breeze theme - you'll get a white screen upon reboot.
You have to manually install the sddm-breeze rpm to fix it. I'll file a bug report... this is going to make many folks very unhappy.
