There is an icon in the Konqueror status bar where you can add a feed to Akregator. Akregator can open things in an external browser (such as Konqueror) if you wish. And if you open an RSS feed's URL directly in Konqueror, it shows up in an Akregator KPart (assuming you have matching Konqueror and Akregator versions – it won't work with kdepim 5 as long as Konqueror is not ported). That's as far as integration between Konqueror and Akregator goes. They are separate applications after all.
