That's not an answer. I know what Konqueror is. I'm asking what defines
a Foo as being a "KDE Foo", because "works under KDE" doesn't seem to
be it. Bash works under KDE but no-one calls it a KDE CLI. Chrome can
use Kwallet but apparently that's not enough.
