Yes, that should work. Upgrading directly from Fedora n to Fedora n+2 is
supported. (Fedora n to Fedora n+3 is not, mainly because Fedora n reaches
its end of life months before the Fedora n+3 release.) But of course it is
not tested as much as from Fedora n to Fedora n+1 (but one test of upgrading
from Fedora n-2 is part of the Fedora n release validation criteria).
