System time synchrony

Does Plasma synchronize the system time with any Network Time Protocol server?

Can the user even adjust the system date and time, short of rebooting, entering BIOS setup, and keying in the time by hand, while synchronizing from another device?

I always counted on the NTP time synchrony to synchronize all my other clocks. Now I don't have that any more. Or did I miss something?
