My mistake, I found where there is kwalletmanager5, so I installed that... but then it was complaining that I didn't have kwallet installed, so I installed that, which as far as I can tell didn't reinstall kwalletmanager rpm, but now I have kwalletmanager for kwallet on my system:
kwalletmanager5-15.04.0-1.20150501git.fc22.x86_64
kf5-kwallet-debuginfo-5.10.0-1.fc22.x86_64
kwallet-4.12.3-3.fc22.x86_64
pam-kwallet-0-0.7.20140508git49a5bc0.fc22.x86_64
kf5-kwallet-5.10.0-1.fc22.x86_64
kf5-kwallet-libs-5.10.0-1.fc22.x86_64
kf5-kwallet-debuginfo-5.10.0-1.fc22.x86_64
kwallet-4.12.3-3.fc22.x86_64
pam-kwallet-0-0.7.20140508git49a5bc0.fc22.x86_64
kf5-kwallet-5.10.0-1.fc22.x86_64
kf5-kwallet-libs-5.10.0-1.fc22.x86_64
Anyway, as far as I can tell, nothing appears to be using the kf5 wallet except for kwalletmanager5.
If I look at kwallet, it shows Choqok and kwalletmanager.
Is there a url which explains Kwallet5?
