Is this an upstream issue, or a Fedora issue moving from
~/.kde/share/config to ~/.config?
Well, that seems to be an upstream change as well, although I would have
appreciated using a subdir of ~/.config (in fact I see that as part of
the XDG spec - https://developer.gnome.org/basedir-spec/).
