Hi all,

KDE Frameworks 5.3 were moved to fedora-updates couple days ago, and Plasma
5.1 is now available too for Fedora 20 and 21 in the Plasma 5 COPR [0].

I have also updated the live ISO images so you can try Plasma 5.1 before
installing it [1].

Regards,
Daniel

Hi,

I'm still using KDE4 Workspace, but with plasma-oxygen for Qt5 apps (mainly QtCreator). I will try Plasma5 again soon, but in 5.0 font rendering was bad with full hinting [0].

After updating plasma-oxygen from 5.0.2 to 5.1.0, with the same font size :
- menu bar and menu items now have a big vertical padding (looks horrible IMHO)
 - checkboxes are bigger
 - buttons have a bigger vertical padding
 - ...
I like the compact KDE4 style, here all I see is wasted space in comparison.

I can't find anything in oxygen-settings5 to revert this, do you know if there is an option somewhere ?
