So currently you can only configure the applications which are using the

Use kcmshell4 :)
The two kcm_input.so are in kde-workspace and plasma-desktop, so kcmshell4 (or kcmshell5 when using kde-workspace) won't help.
Even with only one workspace (Plasma 5 or KDE4), the available widget
styles could be different for Qt4 and Qt5 applications.

- I wanted to install plasma-oxygen for the Qt5 widget style, but it
fails since it depends on kwin, which has file conflicts with kde-workspace.
file /usr/share/config.kcfg/kwin.kcfg from install of
kwin-5.0.0-2.fc20.x86_64 conflicts with file from package
kde-workspace-4.11.11-2.fc20.1.x86_64
Perhaps the decoration and widget style should be split in two different
packages.
The upgrade path is not yet 100% polished. The current idea is that you
install the whole Plasma 5 from the Copr, including plasma-desktop and plasma-
workspace, which replace kde-workspace, so no conflict occurs.
Plasma 5 is still a little too buggy for daily use IMHO, so I try to have a nice KDE4 + KF5 environment (so with plasma-oxygen, kf5-frameworkintegration for Qt5 apps).

We should probably split kwin4 out from kde-workspace.
According to https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Coinstallability, kwin is supposed to be co-installable.
But it requires at least a different KCFG_INSTALL_DIR.
