OT: Including a multilib rpm in the DVD

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello,

This is part of an attempt to create a customized DVD image for RHEL6. How do I include i686 version of a package in a x86_64 DVD?

To include a custom rpm, I copy it to the rpms folder and edit the XML file to include it.
But for a multilib package how do I mention it in the XML file?
Adding the suffix ".i686" to the package name (as is done for yum to install a specific arch) reportedly doesn't work. Anaconda reports missing package error.

The discussion can be seen here:

Thanks and regards,

Syam
