Hi,
you can now find all these plasmoids in Fedora repository. If they are not in stable repository, they should be at least in updates-testing until they reached a few days. There is also update of kde-plasma-akonadi-calendars with your request of "default" view.

Just installed the calendars plasmoid via yum. I don't know how I  
missed that one. Oh well.

It would be great if The calendar would display holidays and of course  
have a configurable default; either the agenda or calendar view.

The others I installed manually. I love all three plasmoids.
