Hello,

First off, I have no idea why I said F18, I am on F17, sorry :(

That bug report pretty much sounds like my exact case. I worked around it 
(somewhat) by going into Network Management Settings and clicking on other. In 
there, I chose "In file (unencrypted)" for setting "Store connection secrets".

It works somewhat as I still currently disconnect and the only 50/50 solution 
is to "sudo service NetworkManager restart". It's 50/50 though as sometimes 
it'll come back up and sometimes it doesn't.
