how about

cp \
  /etc/xdg/autostart/zeitgeist-datahub.desktop \
  ~/.config/autostart/

then, either 

goto systemsettings->startup&shutdown to disable it, 
or
echo "Hidden=true" >>  ~/.config/autostart/zeitgeist-datahub.desktop
