After disabling nepomuk most of the time the delay is missing. The first start after reboot however is still delaying. I did some search in the internet and found a note about removing /etc/xdg/autostart/pulseaudio-kde.desktop. I removed the complete package (pulseaudio-module-x11) and the delay went away (tested with some reboots). What exactly are these modules good for? Sound is working without them.
