There seems to be a problem with apt.kde-redhat.org

I can't seem to connect with the website or the repo

Well....

[egreshko@meimei ~]$ host apt.kde-redhat.org
apt.kde-redhat.org is an alias for apt.unl.edu.
apt.unl.edu is an alias for math.unl.edu.
math.unl.edu has address 129.93.181.6

And whois shows that domain not being owned by redhat.... as in redhat.com

So, maybe you need to look elsewhere?
