Unlikely, did yum clean all twice.
I'll try again just the same.
Had a look on all 4 mirrors listed for kde-testing and all of them
have the old package (kdm-themes-4.8.3-1.fc16.noarch) instead of
kdm-themes-4.8.3-3.fc16.noarch
OK, I re-hardlinked all the noarch content, and am regenerating the repo
now.
(No idea how my f16/x86_64 box ended up getting
kdm-themes-4.8.3-3.fc16.noarch ok, wierd)
