Hi Rex, I had telepathy-kde installed. At some point I used kde-unstable and kde- telepathy was replaced by ktp-* packages which were then updated by the version which exists currently in kde-testing. I know, it's a slightly convoluted path, so this might be the reason I ended up without the auth-handler. Christos.
