Is anybody using KMail2, or has everyone given up on it?

I've given up on it, but only temporarily (I hope). I didn't try the migration process - just imported my old emails into KMail2. I had problems with the message viewing being very slow (I think because of the nepomuk feeder, but I'm not really sure). I also had problems with emails magically re-appearing in my inbox after I had moved them to another folder. I don't think I even tried filtering the inbound messages - I got frustrated with basic email processing not working right. Maybe there was something I could have done to fix some of the problems, but I had trouble finding the fixes.

I'll probably try it again at 4.8.2 or so. I'd like to use KMail, but I don't want the new features that aren't quite working right to get in the way of the basic things I need to do.
