Same here. I mentioned it a while back on this list when the screen was
blanking every few seconds unless I had some mouse or keyboard activity,
then it went away after an update, then it came back (also after an
update) but with a somewhat longer delay between blanks. Right now it
happens on some logins and not others. This randomness makes it hard to
pin down.

It does not appear to happen under Gnome, but I've only tried it briefly
so if it's random it would be hard to be sure.

Screensaver is off. Power settings are set to "performance" (this is a
desktop). Graphics is basic on-board Intel.
