Just installed F16 from DVD on a VirtualBox VM. Upon logging in under KDE the icon appeared in the panel letting me know that 114 updates were available. Clicking on the icon brings up the update screen. Hitting "apply" seems to download the updates but then the process gets stalled with "Waiting for Service to Start" displayed. I then performed "yum update" in a terminal and found that gpg keys needed to be downloaded.
