Ok so actually the answer to that question is yes.

so now i have glibc-2.14.90-10.x86_64 with the patch from 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=737223
and I'm using nvidia 275.28
and fully yum updated to kde 4.7.2

1 last thing tho, if I use the latest Nvidia from rpmfusion, is it ok to use 
an ignoreABI switch, or is there an ignoreABI line I can put into my 
xorg.conf?

I have tried the ignoreABI before, and it says it may not behave correctly or 
something like that. does it or doesn't it?

is anyone else using nvidia 285.05.09 from rpmfusion? if so how?
