After some fiddling I got Calendar and Contacts working, but KMail defeats me. The Akonadi Resource console tells me that all the resources are ready (there are duplications, but that's the least of my worries) but every time I start KMail it appears to check the folders, then crashes after a few seconds. The few messages that are local (on this laptop) display from the start, but the messages on my IMAP server never get as far as displaying. Sadly, I have to manage on Thunderbird for now.
