Hi,

Above issue 'solved':

I copied the module /usr/share/system-config-printer/ppdippstr.py[c,o] to  
/usr/share/kde4/apps/system-config-printer-kde/

and started cups (in Rawhide it wasn't started automatically) :-)

Create a BZ for this issue?
