Same problem here, I've reported in BZ
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=710918

Instead of logging out and in, you can simply do "killall
plasma-desktop;sleep 2;plasma-desktop&" in a terminal to temporarily
fix the problem.
