I had deleted my kmix config because of this problem ~2 weeks ago, and now I am facing the same issue again. KMix spins at 100% cpu and isn't repsonsive. Am I really expected to delete config files every two weeks to get a working Desktop. All I expect of KDE is to get a Desktop where core components (like panel, task-manager, kwin, kmix) work fine. Social media integration, semantic desktop stuff and a complete PIM/Office suite don't add value if core components are broken like this. - Clemens 2011/4/17 Gilboa Davara <gilboad@xxxxxxxxx>: > On Sat, 2011-04-16 at 00:00 +0200, Reindl Harald wrote: >> i like the idea or teh widgets, but their implementation and usability >> are poor, this idiotic mouseover for resize is really a bad joke becuase >> often you do not see to what widget it belongs and here in western europe >> we are working from top-left to bottom-right not resizing upwards >> >> this is not a configuration-issue, really, this is a design-problem > > I wonder, what exactly are you trying to achieve in this rant? > Do you somehow assume that being extremely impolite to the Fedora KDE > maintainer or the KDE developers (all volunteers, BTW) and threatening > to switch to GNOME 3.0 will somehow force them to work on things that > -you- consider important?
