Yes, the problem is that the bookmarkfolder opens immediately. There needs 
some other or more sane time until the folder opens the containing 
bookmarks. I'm not sure if there's a setting for that or not. Very 
frustrating, indeed.

Not exactly the above problem and IMHO not the right solution (scrollable).
