Re: lost service menus after update

ls ~/.local/share/applications/

A simple "locate desktop | grep /home/username/" would show them too
since all your changes are stored somewhere in your homefolder

but i have no idea what happended on your installation
on mine 4.6.1 is working fine with all my menu-entrys in lancelot
