kdesu kcmshell4 system-config-printer-kde

It's *supposed* to ask for root privileges on access, but that's been 
failing to function properly for some time.  I'm going to advocate that 
fixing that bug be a prerequisite for us continuing to ship 
system-config-printer-kde by default.
