They are, as far as possible, distro-neutral, and the main problem is that of visibility. Search engines rarely bring our articles up in the first few places, so it depends on people who have found it useful to recommend UserBase to other users.

While we are on that subject, in a couple of months we have a "sprint" coming up. Anyone who has suggestions of things that would make UserBase more user-friendly or more helpful should contact me off-list, so that I can add issues to the to-do list. Some things may not be technically possible at this time, but we'll implement what we can.
