Hi Is amarok expected to see music on an iphone 3GS plugged into an F14 system, because it didnt for me? I plugged in the iphone then started amarok. After plugging in the iphone there is a pop-up that allows one to view photos, but that is all. I'm wondering if I need to install libmtp-hal to make this work. If so, I'm assuming I still have to fix the bug listed here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=642487 Am I right in thinking kde apps(like amarok) still use hal for hardware discovery while gtk apps no longer do? Thanks for any light anyone might be able to shed.
