Had the same problem: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=656556 Delete all files related to Dolphin from ~/.kde4/share/apps and ~/.kde4/share/config (or ~/.kde instead of ~/.kde4 if Fedora places its KDE data there). That should work. I guess current Dolphin is incompatible with config files created by older versions.
