I am using F14.

I do not see this on F14.

I do not a have a dual monitor setup. :-( :-)

Only when the window is originally full screen, then it gets reverted to its 
original size before being moved.

For windows that are not expanded to full screen I do not see any weird 
behaviour.

No problem here.
