Default KDE Kicker Icon Missing from Oxygen Theme

I had this problem a few years ago and reported in bug 442194.  The workaround described in that bug isn't working.  

After upgrade to Fedora 14, it appears the Fedora Infinity icon is default now for both the standard Oxygen theme.  

Has anyone else noticed this, should I open a bug or am I missing something?
