Got it.  

Not sure if I needed to log out of my session and log back in or not
because I was looking for knetworkmanager in the plasmoid list.
Anyway, I found it under Networkmanagement and WOW is it nice !  Talk
about polished !

Great work.

KDE has really come together with 4.5.
