Basically you want spin-kickstart from
https://fedorahosted.org/spin-kickstarts/ and livecd-tools. You would
then edit the .ks file of the spin you'd like to customize and run
livecd-creator -f YOUR_CD_LABEL -c KS-FILE to generate the customized
live image.
