Excellent suggestion, there's some bit-rotting, skeleton intructions
currently on
http://kde-redhat.sourceforge.net/ , but I'd say migrating
any/all content to fedoraproject.org/wiki makes a lot of sense.

Anyone
able to help/volunteer for this task?
