f13 and pulseaudio

This definition is incorrect. A "PulseAudio" device showing up means 
PulseAudio Phonon integration is NOT working because module-device-manager 
is not loaded (and that's expected if you just use pulseaudio --start 
instead of start-pulseaudio-kde, because start-pulseaudio-kde is what loads 
module-device-manager). So everything is working as designed and your "fix" 
actually breaks it.
