can't enable wireless knetworkmanager?

unfortunately, knm doesn't have that feature (yet).

(it could be argued 'enableing networking' shouldn't be required, if 
you're talking to nm daemon the assumption is that it should be on and 
enabled, but meh).

Good news is that kde-plasma-networkmanagement does have the feature.
