update broke pulseaudio

mildly insane.  the only difference is that start-pulseaudio-kde does

pulseaudio --start

(which according to it's man-page is identical to -D, when pa isn't 
already running).

and it loads the device-manager module via:

pactl load-module module-device-manager "do_routing=1"
