ok well, you are sort of right. I was reporting what my users are seeing.

I just checked it myself and it does seem to know about latex commands,
but things like:

topfraction
textfraction
floatpagefraction

in commands like this:

\renewcommand{\topfraction}{0.99}
\renewcommand{\textfraction}{0.1}
\renewcommand{\floatpagefraction}{0.9}

get listed as unknown words.

Also latex commands in comments aren't recognised as latex commands, eg:

%\usepackage{phase1}

prompts a query for unknown word usepackage

Whereas usepackage in the following:
\usepackage{phase1,psfig,times,caption}

passes the spell checker fine.

Maybe I misunderstand the way its meant to work, or maybe these are
smaller bugs in the spelling that I need to BZ.
