Dolphin tabs

I have 3 hard drives and like to keep one tab for 
each drive open.

Whenever I start Dolphin, however, it opens with 
only one tab, even though I closed it with 3 tabs 
open.

Is there a way to make Dolphin remember that it was 
closed with 3 tabs and to reopen each tab to the 
default location for each (likely the root of each 
of my hard drives)?
